Created a dynamic Power BI dashboard analyzing simulated HRSD data, featuring KPI tracking, trend analysis, and flexible performance breakdowns by category, department, or agent. Demonstrates skills in data visualization and analysis for HR process improvement. 

Product Analysis

This Power BI report page provides a comprehensive analysis of product sales performance, leveraging the AdventureWorksDW sample database. The page focuses on identifying top-selling products and understanding their contribution to overall sales, with a particular emphasis on the 80/20 rule (Pareto principle). The report uses a combination of key performance indicators (KPIs), interactive visualizations, and advanced DAX calculations to provide actionable insights. 

Churn Analysis

This dashboard provides a comprehensive analysis of customer churn, aiming to identify key trends and drivers behind customer attrition. It visualizes crucial metrics, including overall churn rate, churn amount, net customer change, and individual customer performance, allowing for a data-driven understanding of churn and its impact on revenue. The goal is to provide actionable insights to inform customer retention strategies.
